Return & Refund Policy

Due to food safety standards, Crab & Cluck does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once food has been prepared and picked up by the customer or picked up by a delivery company.

No Returns or Exchanges

Prepared food cannot be returned or exchanged after it leaves the restaurant.

This includes orders picked up by:

  • The customer

  • DoorDash Drive

  • Uber Eats

  • Any approved delivery provider

Refund Policy

All sales are final once the food is made and picked up.

Refunds, replacements, or credits are not provided for:

  • Customer order mistakes

  • Customer changed mind

  • Late pickup by customer

  • Late pickup by delivery provider

  • Delivery delays after pickup

  • Incorrect delivery address entered by customer

  • Food temperature changes after pickup

  • Food texture changes after pickup

  • Unclaimed orders

Order Issues

If there is a missing item or restaurant preparation issue, customers must contact Crab & Cluck as soon as possible on the same day of the order.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Name on the order

  • Phone number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photo, if requested

Any replacement, credit, or refund is at management’s discretion and may depend on the situation.

For orders placed through Clover, DoorDash, Uber Eats, or another third-party platform, refund processing may also be subject to that platform’s rules and procedures.

Cancellations

Orders may not be canceled once food preparation has started.
