Ordering

Crab & Cluck accepts:

  • Walk-in orders

  • Online pickup orders through Clover Online Ordering

  • Delivery orders through approved third-party platforms, including DoorDash Drive and Uber Eats

Our website may redirect customers to Clover, DoorDash, Uber Eats, or other approved ordering platforms. Orders, payments, delivery fees, pickup times, delivery times, and platform rules may be managed by those third-party services.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before submitting an order, including items, quantities, pickup time, delivery address, phone number, and special instructions.

Payments

Payments for online orders may be processed through Clover, DoorDash, Uber Eats, or another approved payment provider.

Accepted payment methods may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and major debit/credit cards, depending on the ordering platform used.

Crab & Cluck does not store customer credit card information on this website.

Late Pickup / Unclaimed Orders

Customers and delivery providers are responsible for picking up orders on time.

Crab & Cluck prepares food based on the pickup or delivery time shown by the ordering platform. We are not responsible for food quality, temperature, texture, freshness, or safety concerns caused by late pickup.

Orders not picked up on time may be held for a limited time at management’s discretion. For food safety and quality reasons, unclaimed food may be discarded.

No refund, remake, replacement, or exchange will be provided for orders that are not picked up on time by the customer or delivery provider.

Menu, Pricing, and Availability

Menu items, prices, portions, promotions, and availability may change without notice.

Some items may sell out or become unavailable during business hours. Crab & Cluck reserves the right to cancel or reject any order due to item availability, payment issues, suspected fraud, system errors, or operational concerns.

Food Allergies

Crab & Cluck prepares food in a kitchen that may contain common allergens, including seafood, shellfish, wheat, eggs, milk, soy, and spices.

Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should contact the restaurant before ordering. We cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from cross-contact.

Third-Party Platforms

Crab & Cluck is not responsible for technical problems, payment issues, delivery delays, incorrect delivery addresses, driver delays, platform outages, or customer errors that occur through Clover, DoorDash, Uber Eats, or other third-party services.

We make reasonable efforts to keep our website information accurate and updated. However, errors may occur. Crab & Cluck is not responsible for website outages, third-party platform issues, incorrect customer entries, or delays caused by technology problems.
